1. Registration form must be filled in and submitted at the school reception with in the specific date / time
2. Registration does not ensure admission, which is subject o availability of seats and merit of applicant.
3. First and second list of selected candidates (including waiting list) will be displayed on school notice board on specific date.
4. Parents of selected candidate will have to obtain and filled the admission form along with requested document.
Documents Required for Admission:
1. Date of Birth certificate of candidate issued by Municipal Corporation / local bodies (original + self attested photocopy)
2. Self attested photocopy of Proof of Residence (either of these)
(a) Ration Card issued in the name of parents (Mother / Father having name of child)
(b) Domicile certificate of child or of his / her parents.
(c) Voter I – Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
(d) Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
(e) Aadhar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
3. 3 passport size photograph of the child to be pasted on the form.
4. 1 passport size photograph of the mother to be pasted on the form.
5. 1 passport size photograph of the father to be pasted on the form.
6. Transfer certificate original and countersigned by the education officer (if applicable)
7. For Sibling: Real brother / sister of applicant studying in FDS during Academic Session 2016-17. Attach a self attested photocopy of existing child’s I-card as proof of sibling.
8. First Born: Self – attested declaration of parent.
9. Admission will be done strictly as per the guideline issued by DOE.
